to provide support to our Financial Adult Safeguarding Team (FAS)


The Opportunity


Salary:

25,583 to 25,989 per annum


Working Pattern:

Full time, 37 hours per week


Location

Horsham, with hybrid working options available.

We are seeking an organised individual who is able to comfortably communicate with colleagues and external stakeholders.



As our Administration Officer, you will provide specialist financial administrative support to the team. You will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of payments, and carrying out any other accounting procedures as required. You will make every effort to prioritise business and departmental objectives, thereby protecting the Company's financial interests and maximising profitability.


What are we looking for?


You will have previous experience working in a customer focussed role, with relevant financial management experience and the ability to explain basic financial or performance management information.



You will be comfortable working on routine financial / performance management processing and related administrative tasks for periods at a time with accuracy, including filing, inputting payments, undertaking banking processes and reconciling bank accounts.



You will be a good team player, adaptable and with the ability to manage your own workload to meet deadlines.



You will be comfortable communicating with the team and with external stakeholders such as utility and benefit providers.
