We are seeking a highly organised and professional Administrative Officer to join our team at Kilwinning Community Sports Club.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting daily office operations, ensuring effective communication, and maintaining organisational efficiency. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong administrative skills and a customer-focused mindset to contribute to a dynamic work environment.
Duties
Manage and coordinate administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and document preparation using Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Provide exceptional customer service by responding to enquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email, or in person.
Organise meetings, appointments, and schedules efficiently whilst maintaining clear communication with relevant stakeholders.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence as required.
Support IT-related tasks such as troubleshooting basic technical issues and maintaining office equipment.
Maintain organised records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
Collaborate with team members to streamline office processes and improve overall efficiency.
To liaise with the Club Operations Manager AND Head of Maintenance & Infrastructure ensuring the growth of football revenues, ensuring there is one club with one football vison and one set of rules/guidelines that all players and teams adhere to.
Make sure all football teams work together for the benefit of all football at the club.
Skills
Proven experience in an office or administrative environment with strong organisational skills.
Excellent communication skills , with the ability to liaise effectively across diverse teams.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with IT systems.
Demonstrated customer service skills with a professional attitude towards clients and colleagues.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively under pressure.
Previous office experience is desirable but not essential; a proactive approach to learning new skills is valued. This position provides an engaging environment for motivated individuals eager to develop their administrative expertise within a supportive organisation.
