Duties
Manage and coordinate day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
Prepare, review, and edit documents using Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
Handle correspondence via email and phone calls, ensuring professional communication at all times
Organise meetings, including booking venues, preparing agendas, and taking minutes
Maintain accurate records using Microsoft Excel and organise data efficiently
Assist with the preparation of reports and presentations for management using Microsoft PowerPoint
Support IT-related tasks such as troubleshooting basic issues and liaising with technical support when necessary
Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors, ensuring a positive experience
Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed to ensure operational continuity
Collaborate with team members across departments to facilitate smooth workflow
Skills
Proven experience in office administration or related roles
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Excellent communication skills in both English and Turkish (verbal and written)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Good IT skills with the ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues
Customer service orientation with a professional demeanour
