We're looking for a hands-on, digitally confident, and super organised Junior Social Media & Admin Coordinator to support our fast-paced CEO and growing team.
You will play a dual role: part content helper, part behind-the-scenes organiser, supporting everything from Instagram Reels to inbox tidying, diary reshuffles, and on-the-go logistics. You'll be a key part of making sure the CEO shows up online and on time, every time.
If you're obsessed with TikTok trends, love a colour-coded calendar, and can pack a tripod with one hand while booking a cab with the other, we want to hear from you.
What You'll Be Doing:
Helping schedule and post content across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn & Facebook
Filming behind-the-scenes footage, reels, and snippets at events or office days
Supporting the CEO with daily admin tasks (emails, diary tweaks, to-dos)
Helping manage speaking engagements, travel plans, and event prep
Attending meetings or events to help capture content or take notes
Keeping things organised and moving in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
What We're Looking For:
A confident communicator with a natural feel for social media
Comfortable behind a camera or phone filming, editing, and capturing moments
Super organised, with a good memory and eye for detail
Able to adapt quickly and switch gears with little notice
Confident navigating Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook
UK driving licence and flexibility to travel at short notice
Bonus if you have:
Video editing or basic design skills (Canva, Adobe Express, CapCut etc.)
Experience supporting a busy individual or team
A background in media, marketing, or events

Pay: 24,420.00-26,000.00 per year
