Enthusiastic and efficient person required to work as an administrative and sales assistant at a thriving UPVC supplies company in Carmarthen. Responsibilities to include:
- providing administrative assistance to other members of the team
- assist with the preparation of quotations for clients
- dealing with customers as and if required
- helping with general tasks within the branch
- updating information on our computer system
- telephone answering
- general organisation and ordering of stock as required
- general administrative office support to ensure the smooth running of the business
- assisting with social media presence.
Experience of various computer systems and the ability to work well as part of a team required. Training for our own company stock system will be provided. The ability to speak Welsh an advantage. Normal working hours are 9-5 with Saturday opening a possiblilty. Occasional cover may be required at our Carmarthen branch too. ONLY GENUINE APPLICANTS NEED APPLY.
