Hours: 28 hours per week

We are looking for:

  • Our busy and friendly school requires an admin assistant with a 'can-do' attitude and an attention to detail.
  • A good working knowledge of Microsoft office/365 is required and experience in Bromcom would be an advantage.
  • You will be able to demonstrate good communication skills, as you will be the first point of contact for parents and visitors, handling telephone enquiries.
  • You will be dealing with children, staff and parents in a busy office environment where calmness and the ability to prioritise are key skills.
  • Awareness of SIMS finance would be an advantage.
