Job Description

Overall Purpose



To provide high-quality administrative and logistical support that ensures the smooth and efficient operation of Corrymeela's work. The role also supports the Fundraising Manager with project coordination and delivery of fundraising initiatives.

Key Tasks



Administrative Support



? Respond promptly and professionally to enquires received via telephone, email or post.

? Deliver day-to-day administrative support to ensure smooth office operations including drafting correspondence, managing documents, filing, and photocopying.

? Provide general secretarial support for the organisation, both digitally and in hard copy.

Database and Financial Administration



? Maintain and update records in the database ensuring accuracy, confidentiality and compliance with legal and best practice standards.

? Process financial transactions (cash, card, cheque), ensuring donations are accurately recorded against donor profiles.

? Generate reports to monitor fundraising performance and progress against targets.

? Create donor contact lists from our database for targeted communications across various channels.

Supporter Engagement



? Provide donor communications, ensuring timely and professional responses, stewardship of donations, and the preparation of thank-you letters and other correspondence.

? Coordinate administrative aspects of online campaigns and fundraising initiatives.

? Support the planning and organisation of fundraising events hosted by Corrymeela and its supporters.

? Assist the Fundraising Manager in developing fundraising materials and messaging.

Other Duties



? Uphold and promote the mission and vision of Corrymeela.

? Undertake any other reasonable and related duties as requested by management.

Work location: Either Ballycastle or Belfast.
