About the Role

You'll play a vital role in providing high-quality administrative support to the Marketing and Sales teams, helping to ensure the smooth running of our operations and the successful delivery of projects.
As Administrative Assistant you will be:

  • Providing comprehensive administrative support to the Marketing and Sales teams.
  • Assisting with the coordination and organisation of campaigns, events, and meetings.
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation, including property listings
  • Preparing and distributing materials for new home sites, ensuring everything is ready in advance.
  • Supporting the management of web portals and internal systems, ensuring information is up to date.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Suggesting improvements to administrative processes to enhance efficiency and value for money.
What We're Looking For
  • Previous experience in an administrative role.
  • High level of IT literacy, particularly in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Thorough, organised, and detail-oriented approach.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and collaborative.
  • Enthusiastic with a 'can-do' attitude.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexible approach to work, including occasional evenings and weekends.
  • Commitment to equality, diversity, and supporting others.
  • Able to thrive in a busy, fast-moving environment.
Desirable:
  • .Knowledge of Shared Ownership and property administration.
  • Previous experience within housing, estate agency, or a similar environment.
