Administrative Assistant

You'll play a vital role in providing high-quality administrative support to the Marketing and Sales teams, helping to ensure the smooth running of our operations and the successful delivery of projects.
As Administrative Assistant you will be:
Providing comprehensive administrative support to the Marketing and Sales teams.
Assisting with the coordination and organisation of campaigns, events, and meetings.
Maintaining accurate records and documentation, including property listings
Preparing and distributing materials for new home sites, ensuring everything is ready in advance.
Supporting the management of web portals and internal systems, ensuring information is up to date.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
Suggesting improvements to administrative processes to enhance efficiency and value for money.
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in an administrative role.
High level of IT literacy, particularly in Microsoft Office.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Thorough, organised, and detail-oriented approach.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
Self-motivated, proactive, and collaborative.
Enthusiastic with a 'can-do' attitude.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexible approach to work, including occasional evenings and weekends.
Commitment to equality, diversity, and supporting others.
Able to thrive in a busy, fast-moving environment.
Desirable:
.Knowledge of Shared Ownership and property administration.
Previous experience within housing, estate agency, or a similar environment.
