We are looking for an enthusiastic person to consistently process invoices, receipts, vat returns and general admin on a monthly basis.
Manage accounts and records using Xero and our in house booking system to ensure all invoices, payments and receipts are kept up to date.
Support the team in other administrative tasks such as ordering stock, responding to inquiries and arranging meetings or interviews.
Must possess excellent time management, self motivation and organisational skills as this role will be working remotely from home with own laptop/computer and phone.
