Job Opportunity: Temporary to Permanent Admin / Receptionist
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM (Friday finish at 5:00 PM)
Are you an organised and professional individual with excellent customer service skills? We're currently recruiting for a Receptionist/Administrator to join a friendly and supportive team in Bournemouth on a temp-to-perm basis.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcoming visitors and handling incoming calls in a professional manner
Managing incoming/outgoing correspondence and emails
General administrative tasks and support across departments
Using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) to complete daily tasks
Maintaining a tidy and professional front-desk/reception area
Requirements:
Previous reception or admin experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Presentable, polite, and customer-focused
Confident using the Microsoft Office package
Enhanced DBS check required (or willingness to obtain one)
Start: ASAP
This is a temporary-to-permanent role, offering a fantastic opportunity to grow within a well-established organisation.
