Administrative Assistant
to join our friendly, hard-working administrative team. If you enjoy variety, take pride in providing excellent customer service and want to play a key part in a vibrant school community, this could be the role for you.
This is a busy and rewarding position where no two days are the same. As one of the first faces people see when they visit the school, you will play a key role in creating a warm, positive and professional first impression. You will help staff, pupils and families feel supported from the moment they walk through the door.
As our Administrative Assistant, you'll be central to keeping the school running smoothly. You will gain experience across a wide range of administrative tasks--including HR, finance and school operations--making this an excellent role for someone who enjoys a varied workload and wants to grow their skills.
We are seeking to appoint someone who:
Has excellent interpersonal skills and communicates confidently with pupils, families, staff and visitors
Enjoys working in a dynamic environment with plenty of variety
Builds positive, supportive working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders
Handles sensitive information with professionalism, confidentiality and discretion
Takes a proactive, organised and flexible approach to their work
Maintains high standards and pays close attention to detail
Job Requirements
Minimum of Grade C/Level 4 in GCSE Maths and English
Ability to prioritise tasks and manage a busy workload
Strong IT skills and experience using information management systems
Clear, confident written and verbal communication
Reliability and the ability to meet deadlines
