Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the Directors
Manage diaries, meetings, and correspondence
Answer and direct phone calls and emails
Prepare documents, reports, and letters
Maintain filing systems and company records
Assist with HR and finance administration (as required)
Liaise with staff, suppliers, and external contacts
General office duties and ad hoc tasks
Requirements
Previous experience in an admin or office role preferred
Good IT skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Professional, confidential, and reliable
Good communication skills
Desirable (but not essential)
Experience supporting directors or senior management
Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
