What is the job role?

We are looking for an enthusiastic

Admin Assistant

to join our busy school office team. This role involves providing a professional front-of-house service and efficient administrative support, while maintaining confidentiality at all times.


The school office is fast-paced and varied, so you'll need excellent organisational skills, the ability to prioritise, and to remain calm under pressure.

Hours for the role: 7.45 am - 12.45 pm Monday - Friday

Who are we looking for?

To be successful in this role, you need to have:

Strong written English and basic arithmetic skills Good ICT skills (Word, Excel) Excellent communication and customer service Professional, responsible approach Understanding of data protection and safeguarding Willingness to be part of school life
