The role will involve helping to facilitate the organisation and delivery of courses or events, room booking and hire, reception duties, telephone help line, effective computerised & manual record keeping & an ability to progress multiple task in an organised & effective way.
Role will be office based during probationary period to facilitate onboarding.

o Capable of using a range of computer systems including Microsoft word (including mailmerge and general communication), excel (including workbooks, charts, formula) and outlook
o Effective communicator with ability to forge effective working relationships.
o Effective in managing time and prioritising workload
At least 5 GCSEs Grade C or above (including English Language) or equivalent and 1 years experience OR at least 2 years relevant work experience gained within the last 5 years
