We are seeking a proactive Administrative Assistant to join our office team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing comprehensive administrative support.
This position requires strong organisational skills, proficiency in various software applications (Microsoft, Xero, Excel, Canva) and the ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients.

Duties
Perform clerical duties including filing, data entry, and managing office correspondence.
Utilise Xero for basic financial record-keeping and invoicing tasks.
Maintain and organise office documents using our computerised systems.
Answer phone calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette while addressing inquiries or directing calls appropriately.
Assist in scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements as necessary.
Prepare reports and presentations as required, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
Support team members with various administrative tasks to enhance overall productivity.
Help with buying materials / liaising with suppliers
Assist with client meetings (Tea / Coffee)
Mailing / Post office / Deliveries if required
Requirements
Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred.
Proficiency in Xero Accounts and Excel is desirable but not necessary.
Strong administrative skills with a focus on accuracy.
Excellent organisation with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to type efficiently and accurately, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a professional demeanour.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for effective collaboration within the team.
