Role Overview
We're looking for a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our growing team. As the first point of contact for customers, you'll ensure excellent service and support from the start.
The ideal candidate will have strong phone etiquette, data entry skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting systems. You'll support the smooth running of the office, assist the Managing Director, and handle various clerical tasks.
Key responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact, providing exceptional customer service and addressing all new enquiries with professionalism and a helpful attitude.
Assist with customer follow-up and ensure satisfaction after service delivery.
Maintain an organised office environment, ensuring that all supplies are fully stocked and readily available.
Oversee stock management in the warehouse, including accurate ordering and record-keeping.
Manage the Managing Director's day-to-day calendar and schedule.
Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and meeting agendas.
Drive operational efficiency by actively seeking ways to improve workflows and boost productivity.
Support financial operations by managing invoices and assisting with entries in the accounts system.
Use Google Suite for document creation, scheduling, and collaboration.
Requirements
Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position is essential.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for clear, effective communication.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is essential.
Familiarity with accounting systems is a plus.
A proactive problem-solver with keen attention to detail.
