Job Overview


We are recruiting an administrative assistant for our busy legal office. This is an ideal role for someone with entry level office admin experience. Previous experience in an administrative support role would be preferable but full training will be given.

The job involves

o Typing emails and other correspondence and ensuring they are filed correctly.

o Inputting and updating data in case management and other systems

o Assisting in diary management and arranging appointments

o Assisting in communication with clients and third parties

o Assisting on reception and in the mailroom

The successful candidate will have:

First rate IT skills in Word, Excel and Outlook.*
Excellent verbal and written communication skills*
Clear calm and friendly telephone manner*
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail*
A positive attitude to work*
The ability to work as part of a team*
