Job Description

Ross Harper Property Group currently consists of various incorporated companies trading in various fields of the property market including development, refurbishment, renovations, estate agency and auctions. Ideally, we are looking for candidates who have prior experience in an Administrator or Admin Assistant position, preferably within the property, estate agent sector. However this is not essential as training can be provided.

Specific tasks (amongst others):



- Adding property details to system with attention to detail required.

- Creating floorplans using Metropix.

- Ordering for sale boards and making sure changed to sold and collected when necessary.

- Adding properties to auction site portal and publishing.

- Adding open viewings to site and keeping track and system updated.

- Editing pictures to a standard for advertising.

- Keeping spreadsheets updated.

- Liaising with fellow team members, external calls and solicitors.

- Dealing with post.

- Dealing with issuing invoices.

- Debt management.

- Attend company master class when required.

- In charge of compliance / AML and keeping records up to date and rolling out staff training.

Experience:



- General admin duties

- Confident and professional telephone manner.

- Must have experience is Excel / Word and Outlook.

- Experience in Apex property software and Metropix floorplan software would be advantage but not essential as training can be provided.

- Prior experience working in the property environment - preferable but not essential.

- In house training will be provided where necessary.

Job details:



- Salary is dependent on experience and/or candidate (26k - 28k per annum)

- Currently based in 46 Munro Place, Anniesland Glasgow G13 2UP.

- Office hours - 08.45 to 17.30 Monday to Friday (1-hour unpaid lunch)

- Attend a master class approx. every 7wks straight from work until 9.30pm approx

Holidays 29 days - we ask you to keep between 4 and 6 days by for when we are closed at xmas and we are open bank holidays so if you want them off you request as part of your holiday entitlement.
