Receptionist


This is an exciting opportunity to work for a successful, fast growing company based in Glenrothes. The company is looking for an enthusiastic administrative assistant to join their small and ambitious team.

ESSENTIAL:



Experience working in an office environment preferred but not essential Excellent telephone manner. Solid written and verbal communication skills. Strong organisational skills and a high degree of attention to detail. Ability to maintain a positive, friendly attitude even under high pressure Must be proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and other Microsoft Office programs. Good time management and planning skills. Ability to prioritise workload, work individually and as part of a team. Professional attitude and appearance

RESPONSIBILITIES:



Answering and directing phone calls Greet all visitors Keep a tidy and orderly workspace and clearing meeting rooms after visitors have left Filing of paperwork/updating computer records as necessary Booking travel and accommodation for staff Trade show assistance Assist with administrative and clerical tasks as required
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 17.5 per week
