In this varied role, you will provide essential administrative and analytical support across a group contract, ensuring smooth and efficient day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Carry out spreadsheet analysis and prepare reports to support management decisions.
Undertake SAP system-based work - full training will be provided.
Monitor and ensure on-time delivery adherence across group contracts.
Provide assistance and reporting to Contract Managers.
Prepare and issue quotations as required.
Support general administrative tasks to aid contract performance and customer satisfaction.
Skills & Experience:
Experience with Microsoft Excel and Word (preferred).
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Forward-thinking approach with the confidence to use your own initiative.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Previous administrative or contract support experience is an advantage, but not essential -- full training will be provided.
