We're looking for a reliable and organised
Administrative Assistant
to join our team and help keep our operations running smoothly. This is a flexible, work-from-home position ideal for someone who enjoys variety and takes pride in attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and manage company emails, responding promptly to customer and supplier enquiries.
Use
Xero accounting software
to assist with invoices, expenses, and basic financial tracking.
Complete and submit
solar installation permission forms
and related documentation.
Book in new jobs and appointments, ensuring calendars for the installation team are always up to date.
Maintain accurate records, digital filing systems, and administrative logs.
Support management with ad hoc administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements
Previous experience in an administrative or office support role.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Confident using email, spreadsheets, and online systems.
Experience with
Xero
(or similar accounting software) is an advantage.
Ability to manage time effectively and work independently.
Access to a stable internet connection and a quiet working environment.
