About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our team in a fast-paced office environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer skills and a desire to work in a professional business. This position requires excellent phone etiquette, the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, and a commitment to providing exceptional support.
Duties will include:
Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
Answer phone calls and manage correspondence with professionalism and courtesy
Maintain organised filing systems, both electronic and paper-based
Perform data entry tasks accurately and in a timely manner
Scanning of correspondence and documents and collection and delivery of post
Prepare documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite SharePoint
Replenishment of consumables
Support team members with clerical tasks to enhance productivity
About You
Previous office experience would be an advantage, but is not as essential as the right attitude
Proficient computer skills, including typing speed and accuracy
Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for effective communication
