What You'll Get Up To:
Entering customer orders into our SAP system with accuracy and care
Answering calls and replying to emails with confidence
Helping our despatch area by inputting deliveries into the courier system
Processing invoices
Keeping paperwork organised and easy to find
What We're Looking For:
Skills & Experience
Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
Strong written and verbal communication
Confident, friendly telephone manner
Personal Qualities:
A real team player who enjoys helping others
Excellent attention to detail
Keen to learn new things and grow into the role
