We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will play a valuable role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by managing administrative tasks, supporting team management, and facilitating effective communication within the organisation. This position requires a proactive individual who can multitask efficiently and maintain a high level of professionalism.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily office operations and ensure a well-organised work environment.
Manage clerical duties including filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
Provide exceptional phone etiquette while handling incoming calls and inquiries.
Utilise Xero for basic accounting tasks, including invoicing.
Skills
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Proficiency in Xero or similar accounting software is advantageous.
Solid clerical and administrative skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
