Administrative Assistant
for our office in
Leeds
.
The ideal candidate will exhibit high standards, excellent communication skills, and have an ability to take initiative, and prioritize daily tasks. A strong ability to take charge and meet tight deadlines will ensure your success in this multi-faceted role.
You will be responsible for carrying out the following
tasks
:
Customer service;
Registering customer orders;
Order Tracking; delivery notes and invoices;
Updating spreadsheets and other data entry tasks;
Checking & organizing company email and responding to emails;
Responsible for reception / phone coverage, taking messages, answering calls and directing inquires.
REQUIREMENTS:
English proficiency;
Spanish knowledge is a plus;
Administration background;
Based in the Leeds area of influence.
Ability to work in a fast paced environment;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills with strong attention to detail;
Additional skills: Competency in all Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel and Outlook.
