This role is a great opportunity for someone looking to start or grow their career in administration within a small, friendly, and supportive team. As an Administrative Assistant, you'll provide day-to-day support across Vendor Compliance, KYC, and Banking Administration, helping to keep records accurate, well organised, and handled with care.

You'll gain hands-on experience across a variety of administrative and compliance tasks, working closely with colleagues to support key processes and keep information up to date. The role is well suited to someone who is conscientious, organised, and proactive, with a positive attitude and a genuine willingness to learn.

We're looking for someone who is comfortable asking questions, taking initiative, enjoys working as part of a team, and who values accuracy and trust. Full training and ongoing support will be provided, making this a great opportunity to build skills and develop a long-term career in administration or compliance.

Key Responsibilities





Assist with the set-up and maintenance of vendor records within internal systems. Support routine checks on new and existing vendors using approved tools and databases. Help gather, organise, and track documentation required for vendor onboarding and review. Liaising with several teams including but not limited to Know Your Customer (KYC), Purchase and Sales Ledgers, and Credit Control to ensure information is complete and accurate.
Perform data entry and basic data checks, flagging any discrepancies for review. Maintain confidential records in line with internal procedures. Provide general administrative support, including filing, record-keeping, and responding to internal queries. Responsibilities may vary depending on team priorities and business needs.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise





Previous administrative experience is helpful but not essential Experience of either a customer facing or customer service role is beneficial but not essential Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to tasks Good organisational and time-management skills Basic numeracy skills and confidence working with data Comfortable using Microsoft Office and internal systems (training provided) Clear and professional communication skills Willingness to learn and work collaboratively as part of a team Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information responsibly.
