We are a multi-location hospitality and restaurant group dedicated to operational excellence and high-quality service. As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our warehouse operations and management team in Mildenhall.
Position Overview:
This role will be based at our Mildenhall warehouse and will involve handling a mix of administrative, financial, and operational support tasks. The ideal candidate will be organised, numerically accurate, and able to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and record incoming and outgoing invoices
Maintain and update sales and financial data
Assist with payroll data entry and prepare weekly payroll summaries
Track correspondence, letters, and documentation
Prepare weekly sales, payment, and performance reports for management
Coordinate and follow up on supplier orders and deliveries
Provide administrative support to warehouse and management operations.
Requirements:
Proven experience in an administrative, finance, or office support role
Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general Office applications
Strong organisational and time management skills
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and handle confidential information
Experience within hospitality, retail, or logistics preferred
