We are seeking an administrative assistant for approximately 15 hours per week (days and times to be agreed but hours to be spread over 3-5 days each week)
Duties
Manual checking of data, collating information and entering onto Excel spreadsheets.
Liaising with customers for order numbers and dealing with queries
Monthly invoicing from spreadsheets
Letter and email correspondence on behalf of the business
Answer and manage calls with professionalism and courtesy
General clerical duties including scanning, photocopying and printing
Maintaining established filing system efficiently
General record keeping
Providing support to accounts assistant by collating financial data
Resolving problems with purchase invoices
Liaising with managers over invoices for payment, submitting payment schedules monthly
Maintaining up-to-date vehicle & machinery registers
Vehicle licensing and MOT booking
Submitting official data through online portals in a timely manner
Administrative duties for company pension scheme (property management & liaising with providers)
Skills Required
Proven relevant office experience with a focus on administrative tasks.
Proficient computer skills, including expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
Strong typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry.
Strong numerical skills.
Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Excellent written and clearly spoken English with attention to spelling and grammar.
Ability to resolve problems quickly
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: 15.00-17.00 per hour
