Responsibilities
Be the first line for phone, email and walk-in enquiries; provide excellent customer service.
Manage the booking system: set up/amend sessions, handle cancellations/waitlists, maintain accurate records.
Liaise with tutors and families to confirm schedules and resolve issues quickly.
Maintain inboxes and logs; triage urgent messages.
General office admin and basic data entry in line with GDPR.
What we're looking for
Excellent IT skills
and the ability to pick up new systems quickly (email, spreadsheets, CRM/booking tools).
Strong
organisational skills
and attention to detail.
Clear, professional communication (written & verbal).
Calm, helpful manner and customer-first approach.
Preferred:
admin/reception or customer-facing experience; education setting experience is a plus.
Working pattern
Supportive team and full training on our systems.
Flexible remote time for part of the week.
Potential to extend after 6 months.

Overtime available in busy periods
