Job Description

We are seeking a highly organised and friendly Administrative Assistant to join our dedicated team. This is a key role in ensuring the smooth running of our school office and providing outstanding support to staff, pupils, and parents.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide a warm and professional first point of contact for visitors, parents, and staff.
  • Manage telephone calls, emails, and general enquiries efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate pupil records and assist with admissions and attendance processes.
  • Assist with organising school events and liaising with external agencies.
  • Visitor Security: Meticulously manage the sign-in/out system (including ID badge issue) and ensure all visitors are fully compliant with safeguarding and security protocols.
  • Provide secretarial and clerical support
  • To uphold confidentiality and safeguarding procedures.
