The Job:



We are currently looking for an Administrative Assistant to support our Service Department. This is a full time position Monday - Thursday 8.15-4.45pm and Friday 8.30-4.00pm.

This position will be office based at our Falcon Road Belfast site, with the option for hybrid working once fully trained.

Essential Key Skills & Experience required for this position:



GCSE Maths and English grade C and above or equivalent qualifications Competent use of Microsoft office applications, excel, word and outlook Accuracy and attention to detail Aptitude for numbers Ability to priorities tasks and meet deadlines Good communication and organisation skills A team worker with the ability to work on own initiative Previous experience in an office environment is desirable

Duties:



Below is a brief list of duties required for this role (list is not exhaustive): Producing Sales invoices Processing Purchases invoices Co-Ordinating engineers on daily basis. Quoting and estimating jobs for approval. Ordering parts. Other admin duties as and when required

Benefits:



25 days holiday, plus 8 statutory days (earned on a pro rata basis)

Salary:



25,000 per annum (pro rata)

Experience:



Previous admin experience is preferred but not essential.
