About the Role
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting the smooth running of our Site Investigations team through efficient and accurate administration. This role involves managing essential admin tasks including timesheet processing, holiday and training records management, and various general office duties.
Your organisational skills and attention to detail will ensure that our engineers and operations teams receive the support they need to maintain productivity and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Accurately process and maintain engineers' timesheets and attendance records
Manage holiday requests and maintain leave records for the site investigations team
Coordinate training schedules, including tracking course completions and refresher requirements
Provide general administrative support such as data entry, filing, and document management
Liaise with field teams and management to ensure smooth communication and timely updates
Ensure compliance with company policies in all administrative processes
About You
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
Previous experience in an administrative or office support role preferred
Confident using Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Excel, Word)
Good communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively in a busy environment
A proactive and reliable team player
Knowledge of timesheet or HR systems is an advantage but not essential
