We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our Wills and Probate team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills and a proactive approach to managing office tasks. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our Wills and Probate department .
Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive administrative support, including clerical tasks and data entry.
Manage office correspondence, including emails and phone calls, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
Maintain organised filing systems, both electronic and paper-based.
Utilise our Case Management System, Leap, for document creation.
Coordinate meetings and appointments, ensuring all necessary materials are prepared in advance.
Support the team with various projects as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn.
Requirements
Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position.
Proficient in Microsoft office applications
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Excellent data entry skills with a keen eye for detail.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and task management.
