Responsibilities



Manage front desk duties, greeting visitors and directing them appropriately with professional phone etiquette Operate multi-line phone systems efficiently, handling inquiries and routing calls accurately Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital, including data entry and document proofreading Coordinate calendar management for team members, scheduling appointments and meetings with precision Support office management tasks such as supply inventory, equipment maintenance, and general administrative support Assist with bookkeeping responsibilities using QuickBooks or similar accounting software Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to inquiries and supporting client needs in person or via phone and email

Requirements



Proven office experience with strong clerical skills and familiarity with office management procedures Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace tools Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently Strong computer literacy including data entry, proofreading, and document formatting skills Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively Experience with medical or dental receptionist duties is a plus but not required Personal assistant or medical receptionist experience will be considered an asset Knowledge of bookkeeping processes using QuickBooks or similar software is advantageous Exceptional phone etiquette combined with professional communication skills in all interactions

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 15,288.00-16,500.00 per year
