Key Responsibilities:
Manage schedules, handle correspondence, and maintain accurate records like invoices and employee details. Customer Service:
Address customer inquiries and complaints, coordinate orders, and ensure smooth communication with delivery teams.
Financial Tasks: Oversee cash handling, daily revenue reports, and assist with payroll and expense tracking.
Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, place restocking orders, and coordinate with suppliers.
Staff Coordination: Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and tracking employee attendance.
Compliance and Marketing: Ensure regulatory compliance, support promotional campaigns, and handle social media or marketing activities.
Requirements:
Preferably experience in an administrative role (preferred)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
