EVENTS COORDINATOR
A well-respected UK charity that delivers over 20 nationwide and several international fundraising events each year is seeking an Events Coordinator to join their passionate team on a permanent, fully remote basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated events professional to play a key role in organising impactful events while travelling across the UK to support nationwide initiatives.
EVENTS COORDINATOR ROLE:

  • Planning and delivering a range of fundraising events, conferences, and community activities to achieve income targets
  • Coordinating event logistics, including venues, catering, AV, decor, accessibility, and supplier management
  • Building and maintaining relationships with supporters, sponsors, and key stakeholders to drive engagement and donations
  • Supporting regional committees and branches with event planning, budgets, entertainment, and venue liaison
  • Managing timelines, reports, and databases to ensure accurate tracking, communication, and post-event evaluation
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure consistent branding, marketing, and communication across all events
  • Researching industry events, news, and partnerships to generate new opportunities and support social media strategy
  • Assisting the Events Manager with programme planning, fundraising strategy, and national event coordination
EVENTS COORDINATOR ESSENTIALS:
  • Bringing a minimum of six months' experience in events coordination
  • Demonstrating excellent planning, organisational, and management skills
  • Taking ownership and responsibility for tasks and outcomes
  • Delivering high-quality work within deadlines, even in high-pressure environments
  • Gathering and evaluating detailed information to identify key issues and resolve problems effectively
  • Promoting and advocating the charity's vision, mission, and strategic goals in all activities
