We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our Group ESG team and Group HR function. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structured, detailed administrative work and is comfortable handling data and documentation. While the role includes elements of Environment, Social and Governance (ESG) support, it is primarily administrative in nature and therefore prior ESG experience is not essential.
You will report to and work closely with the Group ESG Manager to ensure smooth coordination of meetings, data collection, reporting and documentation. On-the-job training will be provided for ESG-related tasks. Other administrative support will be provided to a small number of Group HR stakeholders on an ad hoc basis.
Whilst the role is based on our prestigious Millbrook office, potential for hybrid working is available.
Key Responsibilities
Provide general administrative support to the ESG team, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
Assist with the collection, entry, and organisation of ESG-related data (e.g., carbon footprint figures, ESG reports, ESG Questionnaires, supplier responses).
Maintain and update internal ESG documentation, shared folders and specialised ESG platform.
Support the preparation of routine ESG reports and responses to stakeholder queries using templates and guidance provided.
Help coordinate internal communications and updates related to ESG initiatives.
Liaise with other departments (e.g., HR, Facilities, Procurement) to gather information as needed.
Provide general administrative support to Group HR function on an ad hoc basis.
Act in accordance with the behaviours for UTAC staff at all times.
Qualifications
Strong administrative and organisational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable working with data and spreadsheets.
Interest in ESG or sustainability topics is a plus, but not essential.
Experience
Previous experience in an administrative or office support role.
Experience working in a corporate or multi-stakeholder environment is desirable.

Reliable, conscientious, and detail-oriented.
Comfortable working with confidential information
Comfortable with routine tasks and structured workflows.
Willingness to learn and support ESG-related activities as part of a broader admin role.
