Temporary Administrative Assistant - Externally Funded (Temporary Funding until 31.03.2027)




Business Support at Cwm Taf Youth Offending Service




Fixed centre - YOS Offices, The Law Court, Merthyr Tydfil







As part of the Youth Offending Service Business Support Team you will provide clerical and information technology support to managers, operational staff and specialised partner agency workers.



The successful candidate will need excellent I.T. skills, have the ability to be patient/keep calm and prioritise tasks, have a positive & flexible approach and be able to work on their own initiative and as part of the Business Support team and wider Y0S team.



Duties will include the full range of office support tasks and more specialised tasks, for which training will be provided - such as inputting information / maintenance of the Childview Youth Justice database - please see for the full range of potential tasks.



Current flexible working pattern for this post is 2 office days and 3 working from home days per week, however, this may be subject to change, also additional cover could be required at fixed centre base or our other accommodation, currently Unit 2 Maritime in Pontypridd .
