We are seeking a organised and efficient Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with office experience and strong computer skills to contribute to the smooth operation of our organisation. The successful candidate will provide vital administrative support, ensuring that daily tasks are completed accurately and promptly. A professional demeanour, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills are essential for this position.
Duties
Organise and maintain files, records, and documentation in both physical and digital formats
Coordinate office supplies procurement and inventory management
Provide general clerical support including photocopying, scanning, and mailing documents
Ensure the office environment remains tidy and organised at all times
Qualifications
Proven office experience or administrative background is preferred
Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel,)
Demonstrable clerical experience including filing, record keeping, and document preparation.
Applicant must be willing to be trained on the weigbridge to cover holidays & sickness.
The hours are to suit 8-4pm or 9-5pm
