We're looking for an organised and proactive

Administrative Assistant

to provide essential support to our Site Executive Assistant and Engineering Team. This role is key to ensuring smooth operations across Technical Operations, coordinating events, and maintaining high standards of communication and execution.

Key responsibilities:



Provide administrative support for meetings, travel, documentation, and visitor logistics. Coordinate and lead site events, including town halls and staff conferences. Manage purchase requisitions and goods receipting in SAP, ensuring timely reporting. Prepare agendas, presentation materials, and take accurate minutes/actions. Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication. Deputise for the Executive Assistant when required and support project delivery.

Knowledge, skills & experience:



A proactive, organised self-starter who takes initiative and works independently. Previous experience in an administrative role or a recent graduate with relevant degree and internship experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential. Experience with SAP is highly preferred.
