Admin Assistant - Solar & Electrical Contractor

About the Role:


We are a growing solar and electrical contractor looking for a proactive Admin Assistant to support our sales and design teams. You will be the first point of contact for potential customers, helping to build strong relationships, while providing essential administrative support to keep the office running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:



Respond to calls and emails from customers, suppliers, and contractors Support the sales and design team with handover packs and documentation Prepare and distribute correspondence and other office documents Maintain accurate records and filing systems Assist with bookkeeping using ClearBooks and Dext Use Microsoft Office 365 for documents, spreadsheets, and presentations Order office supplies and maintain office organisation Support ad hoc projects as required

What We're Looking For:



Previous experience as an administrative assistant or similar role Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry Professional communication skills and phone etiquette Ability to handle confidential information appropriately

Desirable Skills:



Experience with Xero accounting software Ability to submit VAT returns
