The Role
As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting day-to-day operations through a range of administrative and logistical tasks. Your organisational skills and customer-focused approach will be central to delivering an excellent service.
Key responsibilities include:
Coordinating visits and managing schedules
Liaising with customers and internal teams
Providing administrative and logistical support across operations
Maintaining accurate records and documentation
Supporting the smooth delivery of day-to-day activities
We are looking for an organised, proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a commitment to high-quality customer service.

A strong background in customer service
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail
