is a part of the award-winning Treeline Dental Care group. Established in 2011 Treeline Dental Care is now recognised as a leading care provider across the Nottinghamshire and Lincolnshire area. In order to continue our successful growth and excellent reputation we are seeking the right candidate for an Administrative Lead / Receptionist role.

Delivering exceptional customer service and patient care is our foundation at Treeline Dental Care. We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated new member of the team.

The key functions of this role are to ensure a comfortable patient journey for all our patients, supporting the Practice Manager with the smooth running of the appointment diary and running reports to ensure overall practice efficiency.

Responsibilities:



Provide patients with a customers with a satisfactory resolution to any issues they may encounter. Follow the practice protocols and company standards to deliver an outstanding experience to all patients using phone, email and in person. Respond promptly and efficiently to customer complaints in a willing and professional manner. Communicate company policy to all customers as required and observe at all times client confidentiality. Work closely with wider member of the team including Dental Nurses, Dental Hygiene / Therapists and Dentists to ensure smooth delivery of service. Work on Reception, ensuring a professional and friendly welcome to all patients.

Essential Experience and Skills Required:



Highly computer literate in Outlook, Word, Excel and the use of internet. Competence and experience of working across different Dental software programmes is desired but training can be provided for the right candidate. Previous experience in a busy Customer Service environment. Previous experience working within Healthcare or Customer Service. Exceptional Customer Service skills.

Impeccable written and verbal communication skills. Exceptional telephone manner and a good listener. Excellent problem solving skills. Highly tuned inter-personal skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team dynamic. Ability to stay calm under pressure.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From 12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
