Administrative & Marketing Coordinator (part Time)

Job Description

We are looking for a

proactive and detail-oriented individual

to support our organisation across both

administrative operations

and

marketing development

. This hybrid role is essential to keeping our systems organised while helping us grow and strengthen our brand presence.

You will support

day-to-day administration, recruitment, and staff tracking

, while also contributing to

marketing, relationship building, and creative development

of proposals, the website, and social platforms.

Hours & Pay



5 hours per week

1 day per week: Wednesdays, 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM

15 per hour


Requirements



Excellent organisational and administrative skills Confident communicator with professional email and phone manner Strong writing and document-editing skills Proficiency with online platforms, file management, and basic SEO tools Creative approach to social media and marketing Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines

Key Responsibilities



Administrative Duties



Organise and prepare interview slots for tutors, take notes during interviews, and follow up with candidates Track staff performance, attendance, and rota updates Manage invoices, payments, and staff records Ensure lesson plans and evaluations are submitted, filed, and available for the evaluation team Maintain accurate records across shared drives and databases

Marketing & Business Development Duties



Redesign, edit, and send proposals to schools, institutions, and potential collaborators Build relationships with headteachers, enrichment programme leaders, and like-minded organisations Manage website updates, ensuring functionality and relevant content Use SEO platforms to develop online presence and monitor website data Analyse and manage subscriber/follower engagement Post content across social media platforms to maintain brand visibility Brainstorm and contribute creative ideas to strengthen brand awareness and outreach
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 14.00-15.00 per hour
