Baby Loss Certificate Production Administrative Officer : This is a full-time, office-based post. Main duties:
Process baby loss certificate production orders within specified timeframes and in accordance with accuracy rate targets.
Provide information by telephone, email or face-to-face to customers at the public counter relating to the production of baby loss certificates.
Liaise with customers to clarify information provided on their applications as required.
Liaise with relevant stakeholders to clarify application information as required.
Provide support to members of the public whilst applying for baby loss certificates and sign post them to the relevant services if further support or advice is required.
Participate in the section rota to provide office and telephone cover until 16.30.
Provide support to other GRO sections dependent on the business need.
Pay Rate: 13.75 per hour. Location: Colby House, Stranmillis Court, Belfast, BT9 5RR. Start Date: 10th February 2026. Duration: 29th March 2026 with possibility of extension. Working Hours: 9am-5pm Monday to Friday. Benefits: Flexi time. Car parking. Requirements: 5 GCSE's including Maths and English (Grade C or Above).
