We are looking for someone who:


Can confidently manage reception duties, enquiries and visitor sign-in. Is calm and caring when supporting pupil first aid and welfare needs. Is organised and able to assist with arrangements for trips, events and day-to-day school activities. Can handle a range of admin tasks, including record-keeping, typing, data production and meeting notes. Uses ICT systems effectively and maintains accurate pupil and school information. Can manage mail, reports, lettings administration and general office procedures efficiently. Is comfortable operating school resources, maintaining stock and supporting uniform/snack sales. Can assist with basic financial tasks, including processing orders and handling school activity income. Follows safeguarding, data protection and health & safety procedures at all times. Works well with colleagues, supports the school's ethos and engages in training and development. Is flexible and willing to take on additional duties as required.
