Admin Officer
Location: 17 Princess Road, Leicester LE1 6TR
HYBRID after training is completed
Will be based at - Sovereign House - 17 Princess Road Leicester LE1 6TR once training is complete.
Will pick up laptop and do training from - Southfield Rd Loughborough LE11 2TW
Hourly rate: 12.36 per hour
Working Days/Hours: 37hrs per week. Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm
Contract: This a temporary position until 31st March 2026 but due to be extended pending performance and business needs.
Brook Street in partnership with Ministry of Justice has a fantastic opportunity to join their team as an Admin Officer. This is great opportunity to gain valuable exposure/experience working within the Public Sector.

List the duties/ responsibilities:

• Using a Bulk scan system to attach documents to cases and actioning various admin tasks throughout the day.
• Admin duties.
• Computer Input.
• The work is targeted; expectations will be explained during induction, and one to one meeting's will be held regularly with your team leader to discuss your progress.

Clearance level (to be applied for by Brook Street upon a successful application):
Basic DBS
Training provided, what is their training plan and location of training:
No annual leave during training period. In house training for first 1 to 2 weeks. - Training will be held in Crown House - Southfield Rd Loughborough LE11 2TW
Additional clearance if applicable:
Please note that period of 6 months or longer spent outside of the UK in the last 5 years will unfortunately require an additional overseas police check, this will be the responsibility of the candidate to provide.
