Duties
Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
Manage phone calls and correspondence, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette
Perform data entry tasks accurately and promptly
Maintain organised filing systems for easy retrieval of documents
Assist in preparing reports and presentations using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Handle clerical duties including typing, scheduling appointments, and managing calendars
Support financial tasks using QuickBooks for invoicing and expense tracking
Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve office efficiency
Qualifications
Previous office experience is preferred, demonstrating familiarity with administrative tasks
Proficient computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Experience in data entry with attention to detail to maintain accuracy
Excellent typing skills with a focus on speed and precision
Familiarity with QuickBooks is advantageous but not essential
Previous clerical experience will be beneficial in managing day-to-day operations
