About the Role
As an Administrative Support Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations and exceptional service for our customers and service providers. From maintaining accurate records and managing work requests through to billing and onboarding, this is a varied and accountable position where your contribution truly matters.
You'll be responsible for:
Maintaining accurate customer records and managing contract/billing administration
Supporting service activations, decommissioning, and stock control
Preparing data for customer mailings and producing control reports
Ensuring compliance with governance processes and contractual obligations
Acting as a positive ambassador for our brand and values
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and takes pride in delivering trusted, high-quality support.
What We're Looking For
Strong administrative experience with exceptional attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio)
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Comfortable working independently and taking initiative when needed
Confident communicator with great documentation skills
A proactive, positive attitude and a commitment to continuous improvement
Experience in the betting industry is desirable but not essential.
